By gunshots, he insinuated that rubber bullets had been used on hundreds of people clashing with police. Conflict erupted again over the Dakota Access pipeline near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation, Sunday night.

SAN DIEGO – A wind turbine about 500 feet tall collapsed for unknown reasons in the Ocotillo area Monday, leaving three massive blades on the desert floor.
10News’ media partner East County Magazine reported the turbine that fell was at the Ocotillo Wind Energy Facility.
Ocotillo resident Jim Pelley told East County Magazine that the ground was not saturated from the day’s rainfall and the foundation was intact.
10News contacted the company that built the turbine, but the company has not returned calls as of Tuesday morning.

Edwin Petrowsky, a former member of the Pratt County Zoning Commission, filed the suit Nov. 23 seeking temporary and permanent injunctions against NextEra Energy Resources.
Petrowsky contends the Ninnescah Wind Farm, which consists of 121 wind generators in the southeast quadrant of the county, is in the flyway of the Aransas-Wood Buffalo Whooping Crane, which is an endangered species. The wind farm is expected to go online next week.
At last count, there was only an estimated 329 wild Aransas-Wood cranes in North America.

Instead, the Corps will be undertaking an environmental impact statement to look at possible alternative routes.
