I got myself established in Reno, and soon went to work at the Washoe Market on South Virginia Street. I lived just a mile away and would walk to work every morning.

Then at 5pm, at the end of the day, I'd walk in the opposite direction, uptown, to a small cafe' where I ate regularly-- the Wigwam.

Then home again... I always got a lot of exercise.
